We recommend all extensions to be installed by a qualified extensions technician.
DO NOT:
Bleach, perm, chemically straighten or permanently colour the extensions. The hair can be dyed darker but we only recommend this to be done by a professional. Don't use anything stronger than 3% (10 vol). The hair can be toned, again only recommened to be done by a professional, as it will take and grab differently to your own hair.
CARE:
Avoid using shampoo and conditioners that contain sulphates. We recommend using Cureplex shampoo and conditioner as it is sutible for all hair types and safe to use on extensions, it will keep them feeling soft and silky (plus it doesn't cost an arm and a leg bonus). Avoid pulling or causing tension to the hair as it can aggravate the scalp, cause the extensions to slip or worst case, cause damage or breakage to your natural hair. NEVER SLEEP WITH WET HAIR. Always use heat protection when styling and use low heat settings.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
In the event your hair extensions do not match the colour of your hair, we offer a 30 day exchange policy. Extensions must have security tag intact to proceed, if the hair or tag has been tampered with your extensions will be deemed not suitable for exchange and will be sent back to you.
Please note we only offer exchange or store credit and DO NOT offer refunds. Only in the event that a mistake has been made on our behalf will warrant a refund.
