Tape Extensions
We recommend all extensions to be applied by a qualified extension technician.
DO NOT:Bleach, perm or permanently colour the extensions. The hair can be dyed darker but only recommended to be done by a professional. Don’t use anything stronger than 3% (10 vol). The hair can be toned, again recommended to be done by a professional, as it will take and grab differently to your own hair.
CARE:Once applied, avoid washing hair for 48 hours. This allows the adhesive to set and hold in place. Avoid using shampoo and conditioner that contains sulphates! We recommend using Cureplex shampoo and conditioner as it is safe for extensions and will keep them feeling soft and silky. Avoid pulling or causing tension to the hair as it can aggravate the scalp, cause the extension to slip or worst case cause damage and breakage to your natural hair. NEVER SLEEP WITH WET HAIR! Alway use heat protection when styling and use low heat setting.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
In the event your hair extensions do not match the colour of your hair, we offer a 30 day exchange policy. Extensions must have security tag intact to proceed, if the hair or tag has been tampered with your extensions will be deemed not suitable for exchange and will be sent back to you.
Please note we only offer exchange or store credit and DO NOT offer refunds. Only in the event that a mistake has been made on our behalf will warrant a refund.
